De quoi garder les pieds sur terre. On préfèrera se contenter de la définition de « forban » dans le Larousse :

Just a lady coming to tell us the singer was singing like « Les Forbans » (« pirates », french pop band in the 80’s). Enough to keep both feet on the ground.
